It's official! Toasty Cheese Mobile Eatery is back by popular demand for the 2016 Legions of Craft Beer Fest. Between now and September 17th, you can track the truck or visit their not-so-mobile eatery at 951 West Wise Road, Schaumburg, IL.

Newcomers can expect gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches like their Scott's South of the Border with chipotle chicken, avocado-cilantro aioli, and caramelized poblano peppers; Great Dane with Applewood smoked bacon, cheddar cheese, and american cheese; and Ragin' Regan with Pepper Jack cheese, Mozzarella cheese, and jalapenos.

The Jerk. Modern Jamaican Grill Truck is serving up contemporary Caribbean on wheels. Be sure to taste the self-proclaimed best Jerk Chicken in Chicago and other Jamaican dishes. Visit their sit-down restaurant at 811 W Chicago Ave in Chicago, IL or track their truck.

On their truck menu, diners will find the aforementioned Jerk Chicken (duh) with Jamaican Hard Dough Bread and a choice of Rude Girl, BBQ, or Cilantro Aioli; Festival, a fried Jamaican cornbread fritter; and Jerk. Fries tossed in their Top Rankin' Jerk. Rub.

Pizza lovers be sure to stop by Chicago Pizza Boss Mobile Pizzeria! With a wood fired brick oven inside their truck, the Boss is dishing up a winning combination of fresh ingredients and real cooking action. Track or book to try today.

Their menu consists of Italian street food like arancini and panzerotti and a variety of fresh-made pizzas like their Roasted Pork with sun dried tomatoes, roasted porketta, and balsamic vinegar; Chorizo Lemon with red onion, fresh-squeezed lemon, and chorizo sausage; and Tri-Color with organic baby arugula, imported Proscuitto, and shaved Parmesan. 

Making Philly-Cheese-Steak-inspired sandwiches with a Chicago flair, Gino's Steaks Truck has spent years crafting their unique sandwich recipes. Track their truck, invite them to cater, or visit their restaurant at 335 W 31st St in Chicago, IL. 

On their menu, Gino's is serving up crowd favorite The Fatty with steak, onions, peppers, cheddar, BBQ sauce, and fries on top; chicken, steak or vegetable sandwiches with a choice of cheeses, onions, and peppers; and their fresh-cut fries that come in garlic butter cheddar flavor, with steak, and more. 

Lake County's own food truck, Food for your Soul travels around the area for Bears' games, breweries, and corporate events. 

They have a diverse menu consisting of everything from New American cuisine, breakfast, burgers, Cuban, Mediterranean, Thai, Italian, Mexican, pizza, seafood and sandwiches.

Mothers Truckn Good Food originated from Highland Park, Illinois, but is going wherever the road takes it, all 30 feet of it! Track them and their 20-foot-long kitchen here.

They're serving up seasonally inspired street food that truly lives up to the name. Their menu consists of dishes like crab mac n' cheese, smoked brisket sliders, house-made chips with salsa and guacamole, and a bacon, lettuce, tomato, and sausage sandwich.
